Please use the Student Support Request Form to request materials that support student learning. Requests will be filled as availability allows.
Please use the Student Support Request Form to request a staff member to help research a specific topic or find the best resources for students on a specific topic. Requests will be filled as availability allows.
Please use the Student Support Request Form to receive a PDF copy of 30 computer-use-only cards. These cards may only be posted online behind a password, for example in Google Classroom. Reminder! These cards will grant students access to everything on JCPL’s website, including content intended for adults.
If the student has an email attached to their account, they may reset their PIN via JCPL’s website. If the student does not have an email associated with their account, they may call the Library at 303-235-5275 to reset their PIN. A library card number is necessary to reset a PIN over the phone.

You may use the Student Support Request Form to ask that JCPL purchase a title to support the curriculum. Alternately, use the Suggest a Purchase form to request materials to be added to JCPL’s public collection.

JCPL has a partnership with Jeffco Public Schools to provide e-books and downloadable audiobooks through the school library catalog. These titles are automatically added into the Destiny web catalog. For more information on this program please contact your digital teacher librarian or the Coordinator for Library Services with Jeffco Public Schools.
Students will need their own library card to check out any of JCPL’s downloadable content (e-books, audiobooks, music, movies etc.). It is not recommended that the classroom set of computer-use-only cards be used for this purpose. Students may request a free temporary library card online. If they already have a card, this form will send an email with the card number to the email on file. Students should contact the library if they don’t remember their card number or pin. Library card numbers are not revealed over the phone.
JCPL does not offer laptops for check out to students. WiFi hotspots may be borrowed to support student learning. Please use the Student Support Request Form to request a Wi-Fi hotspot for a student.
Please use Student Support Request Form to contact the Library so that we may help the student access materials. The student may also use one of the school’s computer-use-only cards to access materials online while the issue is being resolved.
Please use the Student Support Request Form to submit a request to reset PINs. The accounts are attached to the Digital Teacher Librarian at each school. PINs may also be reset through JCPL’s website using each school’s Digital Teacher Librarian email.
