Help Create Artwork for the Upcoming Deer Creek Library

The Deer Creek Library Project Design Team is seeking artists of all ages and abilities to share drawings inspired by Colorado nature. Submitted drawings will be considered for incorporation into a larger art piece at the upcoming library.

Each drawing must be:

  1. Inspired by Colorado nature (plants, animals, topography, etc.)
  2. Drawn only with marker
  3. On an 8.5 x 11” white piece of paper

Participants can drop off their finished drawings at any scheduled program at the future home of Deer Creek Library (11100 Bradford Road), the South County Bookmobile Stop at Deer Creek (Saturdays 11 a.m. – 3 p.m.) or the front desk of Columbine Library (7760 W. Bowles Ave.) during open hours. Artwork must be submitted no later than September 27.

Want help getting started? Check out any upcoming program at the future home of Deer Creek Library and tell the staff you’re interested in the Colorado nature art project.
