No matter what kind of adventure, exploration or growth you're searching for this summer, you'll earn up to four great prizes along the way! Prizes vary by age group.
Prize Information
How to Earn
- Registration prize: You can register online starting May 1, then visit any full-service JCPL location after June 1 to claim your registration prize!
- Finisher prize: Log 500 points by completing activities or reading sessions. There are several adventurous paths to choose from or mix and match different kinds of experiences to reach your goal!
- Grand Prize Drawing: Every 500 points you earn after the first 500 (up to 8,000 points or 16 entries total) enters you to win our Grand Prize Drawing!

How to Claim Your Prize
Most prizes are available through walk-in and curbside services at full-service JCPL locations. When you visit us, simply ask for your Library Summer Challenge prize. However, book prizes are only available via walk-in services. If you win a prize drawing, you will be contacted with further information.
Prizes will be available while supplies last and cannot be exchanged after they have been claimed.
