It’s all work, but still play at the Jeffco Small Business Resource Expo

Networking, skill building, learning, and more!

Whether you’re workin’ 9 – 5 or takin’ care of business in your free time, we’re here to help small business owners navigate the path to success. Teaming up with the Jefferson County Business Resource Center, we’re kicking off Small Business Resource Week with resources and events to help you achieve your professional goals.

At The Fourth Annual Jefferson County Business Resource Expo, Monday, Sept. 17, from 4 to 7 p.m., you'll find representatives from the Library, all seven chambers of commerce, all business community associations, and even West Metro Fire Rescue in one place and dedicated to helping you. With more than 35 vendors in attendance, small business owners can enjoy a cocktail, meet fellow entrepreneurs, learn about the tools at their disposal and win exciting door prizes.

On our side of things, we’ll share information on the many free resources and services available to you from the Library. While we’d love for you to visit us at the Expo (register for free before the event; or $10 at the door), we’re always happy to point you in the direction of great business tips and tricks. To get started, check out these Side Hustle How-Tos, resources for Takin' Care of Business or even draft a killer business model with the Small Business Builder.

If you can't attend the Small Business Expo this year, consider Booking a Librarian for one-to-one help navigating all of our useful business tools on your schedule, including finding stats, articles and even skill-building courses.
