In late November, Plymouth Rocket, the company that offered the TixKeeper software JCPL uses for Culture Pass reservations, announced that they would be ceasing operations effective Dec. 31, 2024.
We're excited to announce that we'll be moving culture passes to a new system starting shortly after the new year.
As we work to rebuild this program, 2025 passes will be temporarily unavailable. We apologize for the inconvenience of this downtime. In the meantime, we invite you to explore other services like our State Parks Pass, Creative Technology spaces and library programs.
