Calling all crafters! Express Library West Arvada invites you to create your own paper lantern to celebrate Lunar New Year and the Chinese Lantern Festival in style.
Take your paper lantern craft kit home, or stay and create your luminaria at the Library. Available at Express Library, Feb. 3 – March 3, while supplies last.
About JCPL's Express Library West Arvada
The first of its kind in the U.S., Express Library is a fully self-service location that allows you to access JCPL services safely and conveniently on your own, without staff onsite. Open every day of the year!
To access Express Library, you must first register for access with your JCPL card.
- Fill out the online form and register your JCPL card. You will receive email confirmation within 48 hours.
- Once registered, scan your JCPL card's barcode at the entry panel to the right of the entrance door, or type in the card number using the keypad. Next, enter your 4-digit PIN, the same PIN used to log into your JCPL account online, and our automated system will unlock the door.
