New Programs are Coming to the Northwest Library!

We're thrilled to continue expanding programming for the Northwest Jeffco Library community. Thanks to the warm support of our community partners, we're able to offer a lineup of engaging programs and events ahead of the new library's completion.

In addition to our book group, you can now join us on the first Wednesday of each month, from 9 - 9:30 a.m., at the Leyden Rock Clubhouse for Family Story Time! Through stories, dancing, singing and rhyming, we'll share reading fun that the whole family will love. Even better, you don't have to be a Leyden Rock community member to join — everyone is welcome!

We're also gearing up to bring Summer Challenge fun to Freedom Street Social. This summer, we'll be on-site with interactive events and activities all designed to help you Color Our World! Sign-up opens on June 1 for these exciting programs:

Nature's Educators: Camouflage

All ages, Friday, June 30, 11 a.m. - 12 p.m.

Sidewalk Astronomy: Sungazing

All ages, Wednesday, July 30, 12 - 1:30 p.m.

Jeffco Open Space Pop-up: Color in our Natural World

All ages, Wednesday, July 30, 12 - 1:30 p.m.

Plus, don't miss the Bookmobile as it rolls up to join us July 28 through 31, from 11 a.m. – 3 p.m., with activities, book browsing and Summer Challenge prize claims.

Keep an eye on our online calendar — we'll continue adding fun, new programs like these as they become available.
