Pick up and return Jefferson County Public Library materials whenever you want, day or night! Starting October 1, you can access the Library Holds Locker, Lending Machine and Returns Bin at any time, seven days a week, outside the Ridge Recreation Center’s lower entrance.
These services, in collaboration with the Foothills Park and Recreation District, give South County residents a new way to conveniently access Library services.
To pick up requested items from the JCPL Holds Locker, request materials online at jeffcolibrary.org, opens a new window and select “Ridge Rec Center Holds Locker” as your pickup location. Once you’re notified that your materials are ready for pickup, come anytime to the Holds Locker to check out your items.
Browse hundreds of new and popular books and DVDs for adults and children in our collection at the Lending Machine, both in English and Spanish. After you’ve enjoyed your materials, you can return them to any Library location or the Returns Bin, available 24/7 outside the Ridge Rec Center.
Tell all your friends! If they don’t have a library card, they might be interested in signing up to use the convenient JCPL Holds Locker and Lending Machine. It’s easy! Fill out a Library Card Request Form, opens a new window, and they’ll be issued a temporary card to use at all JCPL locations. When they visit a physical location, they can trade it in for a physical card.
