Bodnar is an employing broker and owner of Noviscon Realty, LLC in Arvada and brings more than 20 years of real estate and other business experience to the Board. He serves on four Realtor® boards and in 2011 was named Realtor® of the Year by Mile High Newspapers. He has served on the North Metro Denver Realtor® Association’s technology task force, standards committee and ethics committee, and the Colorado Association of Realtor’s® professional standards committee.
An active member of the board of the Arvada Chamber of Commerce, he also chairs the Arvada Chamber government affairs committee; is the voting member and liaison between the Arvada Chamber and the Jefferson County Business Lobby (JCBL); serves as an Ambassador for the chamber; and was named Ambassador of the Year for 2011.
Other community commitments include volunteer positions with the Apex Park and Recreation District Citizens Review Committee-Vision 2020; the construction committee of Risen Christ Lutheran Church, the National Fragile X Society and Denver Bassmasters. Bodnar attended Ft. Lewis College in Durango pursuing a degree in Forestry with a minor in Business and received his real estate education at the University of Colorado, Boulder.
An Arvada resident for more than 19 years, he is the father of three children, who all own Jefferson County Public Library cards.
