Columbine Library Remodel Coming Soon

Library to share updates on design, construction schedule and alternative services

Jefferson County residents are invited to join Jefferson County Public Library (JCPL) for an update on the upcoming Columbine Library remodel. Community update meetings will be held at the Columbine Library, 7706 W. Bowles Ave., Littleton, as follows:

• Saturday, March 11, 10-noon
• Wednesday, March 15, 6-8 pm
The meetings will cover the final design drawings and proposed construction timeline, as well as information on how residents can access alternative services while the library is closed for construction. Representatives from Humphries Poli Architects, PC, (project architects), Fransen Pittman Construction Co., Inc. (general contractor) and NV5 Global, Inc. (construction management company) will be on hand to assist with the presentation.

“We’ve been working with the community on plans for this remodel for months,” said Pam Nissler, executive director, JCPL. “We’re excited to share them with the community and see our shared vision come to life.

“We’ll be communicating our plans through multiple channels, but these meetings will give residents a chance to ask questions and interact directly with the project team,” Nissler added.

All Jefferson County residents are invited to attend. For ongoing updates to the Columbine Library remodel, visit: jeffcolibrary.org/columbine-remodel
